Our Way of Working

A consultative approach to ensure a proficient roll out and an effective solution

Stage 1 - Survey

 

A​ssess the physical environment including access, surface type(s), proximity of neighbours, protection of property and gardens etc, against the restoration work desired.​

Stage 2 - Plan

​

Put a plan in place that will produce the desired restoration.  This could be very straightforward i.e. a clean up for a single area or a more complex plan for the cleaning, and sealing of multiple areas.

 

Produce a quotation and reach agreement. 

Stage 3 - Schedule

​

Book a date and agree a timescale.  Often the job will be finished on the same day but sometimes more than one visit is necessary, particularly with sanding and sealing driveways.

Stage 4 - Perform

​

Undertake the job, liaising with the client at all times, particularly if anything unexpected is encountered.
